DO YOU WORK WITH NEW BUSINESS OWNERS?
Absolutely! I've collaborated with a number of brands that haven't launched yet and I thoroughly enjoy working with those who are eager to start off on the right foot with professional branding & web design.
WILL I HAVE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO WHAT YOU DESIGN?
You will reserve the right to use what I design for commercial use without paying any additional fees or royalties, however the design itself is protected by copyright and should no way be passed off as someone else's work, except in certain cases where you the client have come up with the design for me to render digitally.
I ALREADY HAVE A LOGO, IS THAT OKAY?
Of course! Contact me to discuss your needs and your vision and we can come up with a package for you.
CAN I HIRE YOU FOR ON-GOING HELP?
Yes, I understand that as a small business owner, you may need an extra pair of hands to take care of day-to-day design work. I offer my services on a monthly retainer with a minimum of a 3-month commitment. Space is limited. Email hello@kirstieshanks.com for my current availability.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
My clients are free to pay with credit card, bank transfers and PayPal. Local clients have the option to pay by cheque.
CAN I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN?
Absolutely, branding can feel like a big investment and I try to be sensitive to other business owners by offering payment instalment options.
DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL PRICING TO NON-PROFITS?
