Nicole, the owner of The Toasted Walnut, was looking for a logo design that would capture the vintage, earthy vibe of her restaurant in Bowmanville. The Toasted Walnut has a lot of wood decor, chalkboard menus and soft green and cream colours. When I first spoke with Nicole she had one thing in mind, she wanted a look that people found easily recognizable, even at a glance. Since then, Nicole and I have worked together a few more times for website and print collateral to enhance her overall brand.
